When renting this penthouse in Riga, the check-in and check-out times depend on the booking period.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our SkyPenthouse. To maintain a friendly atmosphere and respect other guests, we ask you not to smoke indoors. If we smell smoke, a fee of 200 euros will be charged for air purification and restoration of the natural aroma.

Conduct Rules

It is forbidden to disturb the peace of other guests with loud or inappropriate behaviour while renting this penthouse. If the rules are violated, staff may ask guests to leave the premises or contact the police.

Valuables

SkyPenthouse is not responsible for valuables left in the apartments when renting the penthouse in Riga.

Safety Rules

Without prior permission, it is forbidden to light candles (or leave burning candles unattended) in the apartments. It is also prohibited to store and bring in flammable items and substances.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our SkyPenthouse offered for rent in Riga.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the booking for this penthouse 14 days before arrival, the deposit amount will be fully refunded. If cancelled 7 days before arrival, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. If booking is made less than 7 days before arrival, payment must be made within 24 hours. If booking is made more than 7 days before arrival, payment must be made within 48 hours. Date changes are possible no later than 7 days before the existing booking date.

Lost and Found

We are not responsible for any items left or forgotten by you during the rental of this apartment in Riga.
